Oceanside Realty
A brokerage site in Portuguese, English and Spanish, run by a broker and her agents from one admin.
· The brief
What it had to do
Oceanside sells Miami property to buyers in Brazil and the US. The site had to open in the visitor's language, show prices a Brazilian buyer can read, and let the broker and her agents manage listings and showings without a developer.
· What we built
Three languages, properly
Portuguese, English and Spanish on every page. The .com.br opens in Portuguese; a translations editor lets the broker change any line.
Staff accounts
The broker adds agents with their own passwords and five separate permissions, enforced on the server. An agent sees only the showings that are theirs.
Showings and appointments
Every showing request lands in the admin with a status, can be assigned to an agent, and staff can add walk-ins by hand.
MLS leads into her CRM
Every form becomes a lead in IDX Broker, with its category and the message attached, so her follow-up tools pick it up.
A currency hint
Prices in dollars with an approximate figure in reais for Portuguese visitors, from a rate refreshed twice a day.
Her own hosting
Built on a test account, then moved to the broker's own Cloudflare account. She owns the hosting, the data and the code.
