Who we are

Web Landscapes LLC, Miami, Florida. Questions about your data: Contact@WebLandscapes.com or +1 786 608 8489.

What we collect

• What you type into the brief form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to tell us. We keep it to reply to you and to quote your project.
• Quote requests: your name and email go to our inbox and our database so we can reply; we send you one confirmation email.
• A code made from your internet address with a secret key only we hold, kept for up to 24 hours (so we can cap how many emails go out in a day), and used only to stop abuse. It can't be turned back into your address.
• Ordinary server logs kept by our host, Cloudflare, for security and to keep the site running.

Domain search

Names you type into the domain search are sent to the domain registries' public RDAP services to check availability. They aren't stored with anything that identifies you. Short technical logs of failed checks — the domain name and the registry's answer — are kept by Cloudflare for a few days.

What we don't do

No cookies, no advertising trackers, no selling or sharing your details. The fonts, videos and pictures are served from our own site.

Counting visits (only if you allow it)

If you choose Allow in the privacy bar, this site counts: which pages you open and in what order, how long a page stays on screen, which buttons you press (quote, book, get a name), which domain lists you open, and the words you search in the domain search with how many names were found (so don't type anything private there). Each record also notes your country, language, the site that sent you (its name only), and your device type, browser and system families (for example "phone", "Chrome", "iOS").

What it never stores: your IP address, your full browser details, cookies, or anything that links your visits together over days. Visits are grouped with a code made from a value that changes every day, a shortened IP address and your browser details, which are then thrown away, so we cannot tell who you are and the same person is a different code tomorrow. The data stays on our own Cloudflare database, is never shared or sold, and is deleted after 13 months.

Nothing is counted until you choose Allow. Closing the bar or choosing No thanks means no, and if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track we treat that as no automatically. Your choice is saved in one setting on your device (wl_consent), which you can change any time with "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page. We ask again after 12 months.

Domain alerts ("Watch it")

If you ask us to watch a domain name, we keep your email address, the name and your language so we can email you when it is about to drop, becomes available, or is renewed. We first send one email to confirm; nothing else is sent unless you confirm. Every alert has a link to stop it, and we stop watching once the name has dropped or been renewed. We check the name once a day against the registries' public RDAP services. Watches are deleted 12 months after they end.

Other sites we link to

When you book a call, your name, email, the time and your note go to our Google Calendar, so Google can send you the invitation. Client sites we link to are run by their owners.

How long we keep it

Briefs are kept while we're talking and for up to two years after, then deleted. Ask and we delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email Contact@WebLandscapes.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
